Something for the sweet tooth when out trekking. This recipe is for four hungry hikers.

You need

85 grams Butter 
2 dl granulated sugar 
1.5 dl of flour 
0.5 dl of cocoa powder (not sweetened) 
1 pinch of Milk Powder 
1 tbsp Cooking Oil 
0.6 dl water

For extra taste:
Dried fruit 

How to(20 min)

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Turn off the heat.

Stir sugar, wheat flour, milk powder, cocoa and oil into the melted butter. Add water and stir to smooth.

Light the burner and cook over low heat with the lid on.

To avoid scorching it may be necessary to attempt a turnaround.

Serve dried fruit to the cake.
