Work the ingredients into smooth dough.
Divide the dough into serving pieces and bake in batches on your Primus Stove.
Grease a frying pan with oil, flatten the dough and bake on low heat.
Brush the top with a little oil and turn with a throw when it smells of freshly baked and then just hold out for a few more minutes.
