How to (30 min)
Cook the rice according to directions on package (about 20 min).
Milling (light roast), onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for a few minutes until the onion is soft and shiny (not burnt).
Stir in the lentils and pour in water to cover the lenses with 1 cm. Cook about 10 minutes until the lentils are soft. Add salt and pepper.
Add vegetables and / or potatoes and cook, stirring until golden.
