Potato patty

Instant mashed potatoes is not the most apealing ingredient, so here's a version that turns the mash into something completely different. Instant mashed potatoe can also be used as binders in other patties and cakes. You could for example make a vegetable and cheese patty with a few tablespoons of instant mash and water to make the ingredients stick together.

The recipe is for one person.

You need

0,5 dl instant mashed potatoe

2 msk milk powder

1 tbsp dried parsley

2 tbsp flour

2 dl water

25 g butter/ghee

How to

Pack all the ingredients in a bag. On the site, mix the content of the bag with the water. Let it rise for five minutes and add the soft or melted butter. Click the batter into pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
