Thinly sliced chorizo.
Arugola or kale
Pour some oil into your frying pan. Form the dough so it fit´s into the pant. Cook the pizza crust on both sides until it is done. Remove the pan and put the crust on a plate. Spread tomato sauce evenly across one side of the crust.
Cover the pan with chorizo slices and add a layer of mozzarella on top of the chorizo. Place the crust with the tomato sauce facing down on top of that.
Cook on low heat until the chorizo is done and the cheese has melted. Flip the upside down pizza onto a plate, serve with some kale or arugola and enjoy!
