        Time for autumn holidays

        October usually means holidays for many children around the world. Take the opportunity to plan some activities together with your children. For example, a picnic day together with your childern at the park where there is a playground in the area? Or maybe a hiking trip in the woods? Just make sure to prepare some lunch boxes and snacks. Or why not take some ingredients with you and prepare the meal together with your children while outside in the nature?

        Three easy recipes you can make outside together with your children. Your children are going to love these delicious dishes:

        1. Spaghetti with meatballs (with vegetarian sauce)

        Ingredients for the meatballs:

        • 300g ground beef
        • 1 onion (finely grated or chopped)
        • 1 Carot (finely grated or chopped)
        • 1 teaspoon oregano
        • 50 g parmesan (grated)
        • 1 egg
        • 1 table spoon olive oil

        Ingredients for the tomato sauce:

        • 1 table spoon olive oil
        • 1 Squash (finely grated or chopped)
        • 3 garlic cloves (finely grated or chopped)
        • 1 table spoon tomato puree
        • milliliter sugar
        • A splash of white vinegar
        • 2  cans of 400g crushed tomatoes

        2. Pancakes with blue berries together with whipped cream


        • 3 dl flour
        • 6 dl milk
        • 3 egg
        • ½ teaspoon salt
        • 500g Whipped cream
        • Blue Berries

        3. Classic Pumpkin Soup

        • 2 shallots
        • 1 garlic clove
        • 400 peeled, chopped pumpkin (diced)
        • 200 g peeled potato (diced)
        • 2 tablespoon butter
        • 5 dlvegetable broth (or water)
        • 2 1/2 dl cream
        • Salt and pepper
        • 1 lemon
